As a successful travel agent myself and the owner of an internationally recognized travel agency, I cannot insist enough the essence of ensuring that you interact with your target audience effectively. Here are some of the well kept secrets that I use to interact with my clients before, during, and even after the trip.

Social Media

Unless you have been living under a rock or in a cave, you already know the positive and negative impact that social media has on the modern world. I use it every time to reach out with my clients before they hire us as well as during the trip to know about their experience and if they are encountering any problems. Doing so greatly helps us to create a good repertoire and grow. No wonder my competitors have not managed for years to capture my target audience.

Email

Honestly, if you still send out mails to your clients, I will not filter my words for you, “You are Thin”. So thin that you have no business venturing into this industry. Leave now to create space for other innovative investors who are more focused and interested in making the world a better place. If you want to be like me, you need to use email marketing to your advantage. I use it all the time to inform my clients about offers such as discounts and other amazing packages.

Those are two main strategies that I use to interact with my travel agency clients. The rest you will have to pay me to know. Nothing is free in this world apart from the God given oxygen and life.
